  • We carefully pack each order and aim to ship it within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (AU):  AUD$10.00 flat rate — delivered in about 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping (AU): AUD$20.00— delivered in 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout; delivery times depend on your location.

3. Tracking & Updates

  • Every order gets a tracking number. Check your email for updates — sometimes it takes 24–48 hours for tracking info to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Australia and select international locations.

  • Remote areas might take a little longer, so thanks for your patience!

7. International Orders

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We don’t control these fees, but your courier can guide you.
